Brandon Wheat Kings News Release
Brandon, MB. - This weekend's pre-season home and home series with the Regina Pats may be dominating the Brandon Wheat Kings' thoughts this weekend but come Sunday, a number of them will be assisting the Brandon Humane Society with their 14th Annual Wag-a-Tail Walkathon at KIN Park, located on the corner of 1st Street and Aberdeen Avenue.
Four members of the hockey club including local products Tyler Coulter, Tanner Kaspick and Duncan Campbell will be attending the event, which kicks with registration at 9 a.m. The actual Walk will be held from 9-11 a.m. with a barbecue to be held from 10:30 to noon with the players.
