Daigneault Named December Coach of the Month

OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City Blue Head Coach Mark Daigneault was named NBA G League Coach of the Month for games played in December, it was announced today.
Daigneault guided Oklahoma City to an 8-3 record in December, tied for the best record in the league. Oklahoma City went 5-0 against teams with a winning record in December, leading the G League.
This is the second consecutive Coach of the Month honor for Daigneault and third of his career.
The Blue ranked second in the league with 56.7 points in the paint per game. The team led the league, holding opponents to 8.8 fast break points per game in December.
Daigneault is in his fifth season as head coach of the Blue. In his tenure, Oklahoma City has reached the playoffs in three of the last four seasons.
