Curve to Hold Open Workout Tuesday Afternoon Before Traveling to Akron For Playoffs

The Altoona Curve will be holding an open workout for fans and media on Tuesday afternoon at Blair County Ballpark. The team will take batting practice at approximately 1:45 before boarding the bus for Akron at 4. The Curve will play the Akron Aeros (AA/Cleveland Indians) in the first two games of their Best-of-Five Eastern League Divisional Playoff Series on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at Canal Park in Akron, OH.

Players and coaches will be available for media interviews following the workout, which will end between approximately 2:30 and 2:45.

The Curve are also encouraging fans to take part in a team bus send-off at 4 PM.
