Curve Set For Another Seven Game Homestand At BCB

ALTOONA- After going 3-3 on their latest road trip against Reading and Trenton, the Altoona Curve open their second seven-game home stand in the month of April at Blair County Ballpark starting Thursday, April 17 and ending Wednesday, April 23.

The Erie SeaWolves (Detroit Tigers) will be in Altoona for the first four games while the Akron Aeros (Cleveland Indians) will be the Curve's opponent the final three contests.

Featured during the home stand will be a number of new, fresh giveaways and promotional theme nights that will be seen at BCB for the first time.

Great seats for the entire home stand are still available and can be obtained by calling 877-99-CURVE, by logging onto AltoonaCurve.com or in person at the Blair County Ballpark box office.

Here's a look at the great events happening over the course of the seven-game homestand at Blair County Ballpark:

Thursday, April 17 - 6:35 p.m. vs. Erie (Gates Open at 5:30)

Salute to Animal House - Featuring movie clips throughout the game from the famous 1978 John Belushi film

Thirsty Thursday (From 5-7 fans can enjoy ½ price 16 oz. beer or ½ price small sodas)

Friday, April 18 - 6:35 p.m. vs. Erie (Gates Open at 5:00)
