Coyotes Recall Fasching from Tucson

TUCSON, AZ - Arizona Coyotes President of Hockey Operations and General Manager John Chayka announced today that the Coyotes have recalled forward Hudson Fasching from the Tucson Roadrunners, the club's American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate.

The 23-year-old Fasching has registered 12-13-25 and 10 penalty minutes (PIM) in 48 games with the Roadrunners this season. The 6-foot-3, 205-pound native of Milwaukee, WI has recorded 1-2-3 and eight PIM in 22 career NHL games with the Buffalo Sabres from 2015-18.

The right-handed forward's 12 goals in Tucson this season are tied with career-high for goals in a single season.

Fasching was originally drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the fourth round (118th overall) in the 2013 Entry Draft.

On-The-Ice

The 25-19-4-2 Tucson Roadrunners remain in playoff position and are headed north for a Saturday-Sunday series against the team that trails them directly in the Pacific Division, the Colorado Eagles.

Goaltender Adin Hill has been the backbone to the Roadrunners strong defense, moving into the Top Ten among all AHL qualified goalies in goals against average, saves percentage and shutouts.
