SAN ANTONIO (Nov. 13, 2007) - The San Antonio Rampage announced today that the Phoenix Coyotes have reassigned center Tyler Redenbach to the San Antonio Rampage today.

The 23-year-old Redenbach, who participated in the Rampage's training camp in September, has appeared in all 10 games this season with the Arizona Sundogs, the Rampage's Central Hockey League (CHL) affiliate. The third-year pro from Melville, Saskatchewan leads the league with his 17 assists and ranks third among CHL top scorers with 20 points.

Redenbach posted 20 points (6 goals, 14 assists) in 30 games with the Rampage last season after being re-acquired from the Boston Bruins organization on Nov. 14, 2006.

After signing as a free agent with Boston on Sept. 7, 2005, the 6-foot, 195-pound forward had 58 points (26 goals, 32 assists) in a team-leading 78 games played as a rookie with Boston's AHL affiliate in Providence in 2005-06. He also led the team with a plus-19 rating.

Selected by Phoenix in the third round (77th overall) of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, Redenbach won the Bob Clarke Trophy as the Western Hockey League's top scorer and was selected to the 2003-04 WHL Second All-Star Team, registering 105 points (31g, 74a) in 71 games with the Swift Current Broncos.

Redenbach will be available to play tonight when the Rampage (8-5-1-2; 19 points) play the Iowa Stars (8-6-0-0; 16 points) tonight at 7:07 p.m. at Wells Fargo Arena.
