Coyotes Assign Gaudet to Portland

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have assigned forward Tyler Gaudet to the Portland Pirates, the club's American Hockey League affiliate (AHL).
The 21-year-old Gaudet has appeared in two games with the Coyotes this season. The 6-foot-3, 205-pound native of Hamilton, Ontario skated in 9:20 in his NHL debut vs. Philadelphia on December 29. He has also registered 4-4-8 and four penalty minutes (PIM) in 29 games with the Pirates.
Gaudet originally signed with the Coyotes on November 4, 2013.
