Meeting for the first time since the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals, the Kalamazoo Wings return to Wings Stadium to battle the Florida Everblades. Tonight is the first of five meetings between the teams and the first of two straight at Wings Stadium.
This evening will start a three-game home stand, all against South Division foes, for the K-Wings. Concluding a four-game road swing with a 5-2 loss on Wednesday to the Cincinnati Cyclones, Kalamazoo finds itself tied with the Chicago Express for first place in the North Division.
Winners of two straight, the Everblades have moved into third place in the South Division and are only three points behind the Gwinnett Gladiators for second and three points behind division leaders, the South Carolina Stingrays. Tonight is the middle leg of a three-game road swing for Florida.

Defenseman Harry Young has been activated from the K-Wings' 7-Day IR. Young, who is set to return to the lineup tonight after missing the past 11 games, last played for Kalamazoo on October 22nd.

So far this season, when the K-Wings have led after the first period they are undefeated. Kalamazoo is 8-0-0-0 when they hold a lead entering the second period.
Rolling Along
Forward Brandon Svendsen enters tonight on an impressive point streak. Svendsen has earned at least one point in each of his last five games.
Home Sweet Home
After four straight on the road, the K-Wings will return to Wings Stadium tonight to begin a three-game home stand. So far this season, Kalamazoo is 5-1-0-0 at Wings Stadium.
