CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors open up a three-game homestand in search of their 11th consecutive victory tonight at Rabobank Arena at 7 p.m. Great seats start at just $12 ($13 on game day) and can be purchased or at the Rabobank Arena box office (opens at 10 a.m.).

TONIGHT
It is a matchup of the top two teams in the Pacific Division as the Bakersfield Condors host the San Jose Barracuda. The Condors are 2-3-0 in the season series, but did win the last matchup on January 21 by a 6-5 score in overtime. LW Joe Gambardella had the game-winner.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
Bakersfield earned its 10th consecutive victory on Saturday with a 6-2 win in Ontario. D Caleb Jones and LW Evan Polei each had two goals in the win. G Shane Starrett stopped 31 to extend his personal winning streak to eight games.
San Jose suffered a rare regulation home loss on Tuesday, 4-2 at the hands of the Iowa Wild. C Matt Fonteyne and D Nick DeSimone had the goals for the Barracuda while goaltender G Josef Korenar suffered the loss despite 34 saves.
STREAKING
During the Condors 10-game winning streak, they have outscored teams 46-21. The second period has been the period in which the Condors have done the most damage with an AHL-leading 67 goals for this season. Their second period goal differential is +18 which is second in the league only to San Jose's +24 in the middle frame.
SCORING IN BUNCHES
The Condors have shown a penchant for scoring goals in bunches this season and especially during the team's recent 10-game winning streak. On 23 occasions this season, the Condors have scored consecutive goals within two minutes of each other. During the team's streak, the feat has been accomplished 10 times.

G Shane Starrett has won a Condors AHL record eight straight decisions and has moved up to seventh in goals-against average at 2.39. His 14 wins are second only to San Jose goaltender Josef Korenar (16) for rookie goaltenders... LW Tyler Benson leads all rookies with 29 assists and is fifth in rookie scoring with 35 points... D Logan Day is t-16th among d-men in scoring with 26 points (5g-21a) and is third among rookie d-men... The Condors are one of three teams in the top 10 in goals for and against per game (Syracuse, San Jose)
BARRACUDA NOTES
The Barracuda are 6-2-1-1 in their last 10 games... Head Coach Roy Sommer recently won his 750th AHL game in 21 seasons as the bench boss for San Jose' top AHL affiliate... Both SJ netminders are in the top-10 in GAA and the team's 2.59 overall goals-against per game is tops in the AHL.
