Stockton Heat News Release

LOVELAND, Colo. - A fast start and two-goal lead after the first period was not enough as the Colorado Eagles rattled off four-straight to snag a 4-2 win over Stockton Friday night at the Budweiser Events Center. Stockton's goals came from Dillon Dube and Spencer Foo, extending their impressive scoring runs of late - Dube's to points in seven of the last eight, Foo hitting the score sheet in four of the last five. The home team scored within the first minute of the second frame, opening the door for a comeback, and then the difference came on special teams the rest of the way as a power play goal sandwiched by a pair of shorthanded markers pushed the Eagles to the 4-2 win, their first regulation win over Stockton this season. The clubs will meet once again Saturday in Loveland to close out the weekend slate.
