CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors, owned by the Edmonton Oilers, announced today that D C.J. Ludwig has been assigned to the team from their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Oklahoma City Barons. In addition, the Condors announced the team's 22-man Opening Day roster.
LUDWIG - 24 years old, 6'0", 194 lbs., Little Elm, Texas Under AHL contract with Oklahoma City Played four seasons at Northern Michigan University where he had 12 points (5g-7a) in 13 games as a senior before a season-ending injury Was named a 2009-10 United States Hockey League (USHL) Second-Team All-Star when he recorded 24 points (7g-17a) in 58 games Son of NHL defenseman Craig Ludwig, who played 1,256 NHL games and won two Stanley Cups (w/ Montreal in 1986 and w/ Dallas in 1999)
