Colts Add Goetz from Greyhounds

Barrie, ON - The Barrie Colts announced today that they have completed a trade, acquiring right-winger Keigan Goetz from the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds.

In exchange the Colts send the Greyhounds a 2nd round pick in 2021 (WSR) and a 6th round pick in 2016 (BAR).

Goetz, 19, signed as a free agent with the Hounds in 2013 and was currently in his third season with the hockey club. This year the New Hamburg, Ontario native has skated in 23 games scoring five times with 1 assist for 6 points. Goetz also finished in third place last season for the Western Conference Coaches Poll in the Hardest Worker category.

In 111 career OHL games Goetz has recorded 15 goals and 34 points while tallying 134 penalty minutes.
