Colorado Eagles Unveil 10th Anniversary Logo

May 30, 2012 - ECHL (ECHL)
Colorado Eagles News Release

WINDSOR, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles of the ECHL released today their 10th anniversary logo, which the team will use throughout the 2012-13 hockey season as the organization celebrates its 10th season of play in Northern Colorado. The logo will be seen on the team's jerseys, its marketing material and throughout various digital media platforms during the coming season.

The logo consists of a large, silver, metallic-looking number 10, whose base is covered by a sprawling black ribbon with the year 2003 on the left side and the year 2013 on the right side, commemorating the span of time that will be encapsulated with the organization's 10th season. Between the years, in the middle of the ribbon, is the team's familiar Eagles logo.

The team's 10th season will see the return of several favorite faces throughout the year as previous players will be remembered and incorporated. And while the team celebrates its 10th anniversary, the ECHL will be celebrating its 25th. To help commemorate both, the Eagles will be hosting the 2013 ECHL All-Star festivities at the Budweiser Events Center in January, highlighted by the ECHL All-Star Game (presented by Medical Center of the Rockies, Poudre Valley Hospital & Poudre Valley Medical Group) on Wednesday, Jan. 23. The All-Star Game will feature the host Eagles taking on a team made up of ECHL All-Stars comprised of players from the rest of the league's clubs. Details about the rest of the midseason showcase events will be announced later this summer.

The complete 2012-13 ECHL regular season schedule will be announced later today. Individual tickets for all Eagles home games will go on sale in September.
