Published on June 1, 2015 under International League (IL1)
Syracuse Mets News Release
Monday's scheduled game between the Syracuse Chiefs and Louisville Bats has been postponed due to rain. The two teams will begin their series during a doubleheader beginning Tuesday at 5:05 p.m. Gates will open approximately one hour prior to first pitch at 4 p.m. for a Two-For-Tuesday doubleheader, with two-for-one deals on food and drink concessions.
"This week, we get to see a doubly special Two-For-Tuesday", said Chiefs general manager Jason Smorol. "Come check out two baseball games and eat double the amount of our great food for the price of one!"
Tickets for Monday's scheduled game can be redeemed for Tuesday's doubleheader or any Chiefs regular-season game in 2015. In addition, tickets are available at 474-7833, online at syracusechiefs.com or during regular business hours at the NBT Bank Stadium ticket office.
Right-handers Scott McGregor and Bruce Billings are scheduled to throw for Syracuse Tuesday. Louisville will counter with Dylan Axelrod and Donovan Hand.
