Chicago Sends Duo To Gwinnett

The Atlanta Thrashers have reassigned left wing TOMAS POSPISIL and defenseman CHAD DENNY from the Chicago Wolves to the ECHL's Gwinnett Gladiators.

DENNY has tallied five assists, seven points and 20 penalty minutes in 33 American Hockey League outings with Chicago this season, his second professional campaign. The 21-year-old blueliner also collected six points (2G, 4A) in 11 outings with the Wolves, and seven goals and 13 points in 48 outings with the Gladiators as a rookie last season. POSPISIL registered two points (G, A) and 14 penalty minutes in 31 games with the Wolves this year. The 21-year-old forward split his pro debut between Chicago and Gwinnett last season, racking up 18 goals and 41 points in 54 matchups with the Gladiators, and two points (2A) in 11 tilts with the Wolves.
