Charlotte FC's Liel Abada Receives National Team Call up for EURO 2024 Qualifier Playoff Semifinal

Charlotte FC's most recent star acquisition, Liel Abada, has been selected to represent Israel in their upcoming EURO 2024 qualification matches. Abada has already made 10 appearances for the senior national team following an extensive youth national team career.

Israel is set to face Iceland in their UEFA EURO playoff semifinal on March 21st in Budapest, Hungary, as they strive to secure a place in the esteemed European tournament. Should Israel emerge victorious against Iceland, they will progress to the playoff final, where they will take on the winner of the match between Ukraine and Bosnia and Herzegovina on March 26th.

Should Israel win both matches, they would qualify for the European tournament for the first time in their history.
