Alejandro Bran Called up for International Duty

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Minnesota United midfielder Alejandro Bran has been called up to the Costa Rica National Team for the upcoming FIFA international window running from March 18-26. Bran will depart following the LAFC game at Allianz Field on Saturday, March 16.

Bran will face MNUFC teammate Joseph Rosales and the Honduras National Team in the Concacaf Nations League Play-In game on March 23 at Toyota Stadium for one of the final two Concacaf spots at the 2024 Copa América this summer. Costa Rica will then play Argentina in an international friendly on Tuesday, March 26 at the United Airlines Field at the Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, California.

Bran is the sixth MNUFC player called up during the March FIFA international window joining defender Michael Boxall (New Zealand), midfielder Robin Lod (Finland), forward Teemu Pukki (Finland), fullback Joseph Rosales (Honduras) and goalkeeper Dayne St. Clair (Canada).
