Sounders FC Hosts Colorado Rapids in Saturday Matinee

Seattle Sounders FC News Release

RENTON, WASH. - Following its match last weekend being postponed due to inclement weather, Seattle Sounders FC hosts the Colorado Rapids on Saturday, March 16 on the Emerald Queen Casino Pitch at Lumen Field (12:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV -Watch Free, FOX, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM).

The two sides have faced off 37 times in the regular season and MLS Cup Playoffs. Seattle has won 25 of those matchups, the most wins against any opponent it has played since joining Major League Soccer in 2009. The Rave Green have won the last three matches against Colorado dating back to 2022, outscoring the side 8-2.

Following Saturday's matchup, Seattle hits the road for a matchup against the San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday, March 23 (7:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM).
