CANTON, OH - The Canton Charge (2-1), powered by the Cleveland Cavaliers, were dealt their first loss of the season, dropping a 111-97 contest to the Windy City Bulls (2-1) on Friday evening at the Memorial Civic Center.

Sir'Dominic Pointer led the Charge off the bench with a season-best 22-point performance and a team-high five steals with four blocks and five rebounds in 31 minutes. J.P. Macura followed with 19 points and four steals in 24 minutes while two-way player Dean Wade led on the boards with eight and tallied 18 points in 35 minutes. The Bulls' 111 points was a new high for an opponent this season.

Windy City's four two-way players (P.J. Dozier and Bol Bol from the Denver Nuggets and Adam Mokoka and Max Strus from the Chicago Bulls) combined for 58 points, while Danial Gafford, who was on assignment from the Chicago Bulls, added on 20 points and notched a game-high 13 rebounds in 29 minutes of action. Strus led the Bulls with 29 points, going 5-for-10 from behind the arc. The Bulls were lights out from the floor, shooting 55% from the field and 44.4% from three-point range.

The Charge hit the road for the first time this season with a visit to the Delaware Blue Coats tomorrow night at 7:00 p.m. The team is back home for a pair of games next week beginning with an Ohio Lottery WINSday on November 20th at 7:00 p.m. against the Erie BayHawks.
