Chabot Scores First Goal for Thunder but Team Falls to Alaska

Anchorage, AK - One of the newest members of the Stockton Thunder, J.P. Chabot, scored his first goal in a Thunder uniform Saturday night against Alaska, but unfortunately it was the only goal scored by Stockton as they fall 6-1 to the Aces. Alaska forwards Brendan Connolly and Greg Wolfe had 4 points apiece and proved difficult for the Thunder to maintain throughout the contest. The Stockton Thunder will have one more chance to defeat Alaska in Anchorage Sunday afternoon as the two teams meet one last time, in what could be the final ever matchup between the Thunder and Aces in Anchorage.
