GREENVILLE, SC - Leandro Castro broke a 4-4 tie with a 4th inning grand slam as Lakewood would erase a three-run deficit and beat Greenville 12-6 on Friday night.

Jonathan Villar, added an eighth inning steal of home, was 4-5 and is now 9-13 in the series. With Dennis Neuman pitching and runners on the corners, Villar bolted for home and scored before Neuman could get off a throw.

Castro's grand slam was the second grand slam of the year for Lakewood and Castro's second home run of 2010.

Lakewood, who trailed 3-0 after one inning, scored three in the second to the tie game, on a two-run double by Adam Buschini and RBI single by Torre Langley. Jeremy Barnes re-tied the game with an RBI single before Castro's grand slam broke the 4-4 tie and gave Lakewood the lead for good.

Jonathan Pettibone (2-1) gave up four runs over five innings for the win. Siulman Lebron (two innings, two runs) and Jordan Ellis (two innings, no runs) finished it off.
