Captains and Chiefs Game Cancelled on Friday

Lake County Captains News Release

(Peoria, IL) - The Lake County Captains game against the Peoria Chiefs, which was scheduled for Friday has been cancelled due to inclement weather. Due to the fact that the teams do not play again this season, the game will not be made up.

Thursday Night's game, which was suspended and scheduled to be completed on Friday, was called after 7 innings. That game results in a 2-2 Tie.

The Captains play in Burlington, Iowa on Saturday Night. No Pitching matchup has been announced. The first pitch is scheduled for 7:30 PM

Individual game tickets for all Captains games, may be purchased at the Captains official website www.CaptainsBaseball.com.
