Green Bay, Wis.- The Green Bay Bullfrogs are proud to be a sponsor of the 13th annual City of Green Bay Kids' Day.
Kids ages 17 and under will be able to enjoy plenty of fun activities around the Green Bay area for free on June 25 with a wristband.
Kids' Day events will include movies, inflatable games, music, swimming, bowling, lunch, and rides are free at the Bay Beach Amusement Park. Visit the City of Green Bay's Park, Recreation and Forestry website for the day's full schedule.
Wristbands, as well as Bullfrogs' tickets for Thursday's games, can be picked up at a variety of locations, including Bay Beach, the Mayor's Office and Joannes Aquatics Center, among others.
The Bullfrogs will be playing a doubleheader, which will begin at 5:05 p.m. with the second came starting 30 minutes following the conclusion of the opening contest.
Mayor Jim Schmitt created Kids' Day in 2003 to reinforce the city's appreciation of their hard work in school and community volunteerism. The mayor will also be throwing out the ceremonial first pitch.
Kids' Day will also feature another appearance by the entertaining ZOOperstars, who will be performing during the second game for their second appearance of the season.
Green Bay will play the Battle Creek Bombers, and gates will open one hour prior to the first game.
The Bullfrogs host the Kenosha Kingfish tonight at 7:05 at Joannes Stadium for Summerween. Kids 12 and under in costume will receive a free ticket.
