Buffalo Wild Wings Charity Server Night Raises over $1100 for Guelph Wish Fund

On Wednesday, March 6th, Guelph Storm players Nate Schnarr, Liam Hawel, Cedric Ralph, Cam Hillis, and Owen Lalonde were on hand at Buffalo Wild Wings on Harvard Road in Guelph for the annual Buffalo Wild Wings Charity Server Night in support of the Guelph Wish Fund for Children.

With an incredible turnout as Storm fans filled the event quickly and early, the event saw a grand total of $1,128 raised in just two hours. The raffle, featuring replica jerseys of all five Storm players in attendance and a 2018-19 limited edition Guelph Storm team signed stick, raised $808, while the 10% kickback from additional food and drinks purchased raised $320.

The Guelph Storm and Buffalo Wild Wings would like to extend a huge thank-you to all who came out to show their support for the Guelph Wish Fund for Children, making the event such a big success!

About the Guelph Wish Fund for Children

The Guelph Wish Fund for Children provides 'wishes' and support to children under the age of 19 and their families, residing in Guelph or Wellington County, who have life-changing illnesses, severe handicaps, or who have been critically injured.

In April, 1995, the Guelph Wish Fund for Children formally incorporated into a non-profit corporation and received charitable status in the same year. The Guelph Wish Fund for Children will celebrate its 35th anniversary in 2019.
