
Brandon Herrod to take part in Subway Super Series Wednesday

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan- Prince Albert Raider forward Brandon Herrod will depart Tuesday morning for Kamloops, BC to be part of Team WHL for the 5th game in the 2010 Subway Super Series. Herrod and Team WHL will suit up against Russian National Junior team Wednesday night at Interior Savings Centre in Kamloops.
The Russians won both games over the Quebec League representatives before losing the first game against the Ontario League reps last week. The 4th game in the series is tonight in Sudbury, Ontario. The 6th game is Thursday night against Team WHL Thursday, but Herrod will only dress Wednesday in Kamloops before rejoining the Raiders in Lethbridge in time for their game Friday against the Hurricanes to begin a three game in three night road trip against Central Division teams.

Monday, November 15
Practice 1:00 - 3:15 PM Art Hauser Centre
Face Off on 900 CKBI - 6:00 PM
Drew Wilson, Voice of the Raiders is joined by Kalen Kovitch as co-host for the weekly phone in show, featuring Raider General Manager and Head Coach Bruno Campese. Fans can call 764-2524 or email faceoff@rawlco.com with any questions or comments about the team.
Tuesday, November 16
SGI Project Forward Presentation at Christopher Lake School - 9:30 PM
Jordan Rowley, Andrew Herle, Jamie Tucker and Justin Maylan will visit Grade 6 and Grade 7 students. Rowley and Herle will relate their experiences from what they saw in one of Canada's most notorious drug areas during the teams' visit to Vancouver in October. Project Forward was sponsored by the RCMP.

Read with the Raiders at J.M. Culueneare Public Library - 5:30 PM
The highly successful literacy program sponsored by the Prince Albert Daily Herald, SaskTel and the Prince Albert Rotary Club continues its' 8th season at the John M. Culueneare Public Library. Harrison Ruopp, Mark McNeill, Andrew Herle, Tyler Yaworski and Emerson Hrynyk will interact with young fans, reading to them and encouraging literacy.
Wednesday, November 17

Thursday, November 18
Ryan Button, Nathan Deck, Jordan Rowley, Tyler Yaworski and Austin Connor will visit children who are in the Paediatrics Ward at Victoria Hospital at 9:30 AM.
