
Bowie Baysox Announce Slate of Player Moves

BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox announced several roster moves prior to Thursday's game:
LHP Pedro Viola transferred to Triple-A Norfolk from Bowie,
RHP Bobby Bundy placed on the Disabled List, retroactive to 7/9,
INF Michael Rooney placed on the Disabled List, retroactive to 7/9,
LHP Jason Gurka transferred to Bowie from Advanced-A Frederick,
SS Manny Machado activated from the Temporarily Inactive List (Futures Game),
RHP Mike Wright activated from the Disabled List,
With the moves, the Baysox have 25 active players on the 25-man roster and eight players on the Disabled List.
