Battle Creek, Mich. - The *Battle Creek Bombers (3-6) *used nine hits and six walks along with 5.2 strong innings from *Hunter Devall* to sweep the *La Crosse Loggers (4-4)* 6-2 on Thursday night.

Devall was backed by 3.1 innings of one run pitching from *Kenton San Miguel (W, 4-1)* who allowed just four hits and struck out two. The Bombers used three hits from *Cam Gibson* and a two-RBI single from *Rouric Bridgewater* to aid in their victory.

Loggers' starter *Derek Gordon (L, 0-3)* allowed four runs in five innings. *Ben Cejka* allowed two runs in three innings of relief of Gordon.

Battle Creek hits the road for a five game road trip starting on Friday night where they play game one of a three game set in Green Bay. *Caleb Vincent (2-1, 3.75)* takes the mound for the Bombers.
