Blades Unveil Plans For Toque Toss Night

The Saskatoon Blades are thrilled to announce the 5th annual GlobalTV Toque Toss Night and $5 Ticket Night will be held on Wednesday, December 16th when the Kelowna Rockets are in town. Game time is 7:05 pm.

In an effort to keep the less fortunate citizens of Saskatoon warm this winter, fans are encouraged to bring toques, scarves, and mittens to the game. When the Blades score their first goal of the night, fans can throw these items onto the ice to be donated to a host of local charities.

In appreciation for the support of the fans, the Blades are pleased to offer a special $5 ticket for this night only. Fans can purchase this special rate at the Credit Union Centre box office beginning Thursday, November 19th at noon. Tickets are also available online at ticketmaster.ca, by calling 938-7800, or by visiting any Ticketmaster outlet (additional Ticketmaster service fees may apply at these locations).

The game marks the first Budget Car & Truck Rental Toonie Rain Check Night of the season. Any unused tickets from this season can be used for just $2. Proceeds benefit the Blades Education Fund.
