
Blades Recall Forwards Daae and Stovin

Saskatoon Blades News Release
Austin Daae from Estevan, SK started the season with the Saskatoon Blades. Daae played in 10 games where he acquired two assists, a minus two rating and 11 penalty minutes. After the left-winger's time with the Blades he played in Moose Jaw for the Generals M-AAA team. 17 year-old Daae has played 22 games with the Generals where he has obtained 18 goals, 27 assists, an even rating and 14 penalty minutes.
Right-winger Brett Stovin also started the season with the Blades, playing in four games. In this time, Stovin of Stony Mountain, MB obtained one goal and a plus one rating. After which, he spent half the season with Interlake Lightning AAA City Midget and then finished the season with the Winnipeg Blues (MJHL). 16 year-old Stovin has played 27 games with the Blues where he has recorded seven goals, eight assists an even rating and two penalty minutes.
