BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Birmingham Squadron, NBA G League affiliate of the New Orleans Pelicans, announced today that the team has waived guard Darius Adams.
Adams (6-1, 175) played in 17 games with the Squadron this season and averaged 14.8 points, 3.6 rebounds and 4.4 assists, while shooting 44.4% from the field and 39.4% from behind the arc.
Prior to joining the Squadron, Adams played internationally in China (2016-21), Spain (2014-16), France (2013, 2014), Germany (2013-14), Ukraine (2012-13), Venezuela (2012) and the Dominican Republic (2012).
