COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Tuesday's game between the Portland Beavers and Colorado Springs Sky Sox at Security Service Field - scheduled for 9:35 a.m. (Pacific) - was postponed due to rain. A make-up date will be announced at a later date.
Portland (8-11) has its first off-day of the season Wednesday and will travel to Tucson tonight to prepare for a four-game series that begins Thursday night at Tucson Electric Park. First pitch is 6:30 p.m.
Portland opens an eight-game homestand at PGE Park on Monday, April 30. Tickets for upcoming home games are available at the PGE Park box office, area Ticketmaster locations, on-line at www.ticketmaster.com and www.portlandbeavers.com, or by phone at (503) 224-4400.
