Hershey Bears News Release
Looking to gain more ground in the East Division standings, HERSHEY begins a three game week tonight with a visit to the Springfield Civic Center to face Dirk Graham's Falcons.
HERSHEY is coming off a 5-3 win at home Sunday against Norfolk that puts the BEARS back within seven points of fourth place Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. The Penguins are off tonight. The BEARS will conclude the two game mini trip Friday in Binghamton before returning to GIANT Center Sunday to face Wilkes-Barre in a critical matchup.
Springfield enters tonight's game in seventh place in the Atlantic Division. Former HERSHEY skaters Marc Busenburg, Evgeni Artukhin J.F. Soucy and Ryan Craig are expected to play tonight against their former team. Shane Willis is out of the lineup tonight due to injury. Peter Budaj is expected to be the goaltender of choice for HERSHEY tonight as the team looks for its second consecutive victory.
Tonight's game can be heard via the BEARS radio network and www.pennlive.com. John Walton has the call from the Springfield Civic Center beginning at 6:40 p.m.
