Allen Again at the Helm
As Scott Allen makes the transition from assistant to head coach of the San Antonio Rampage, he knows what he's getting into because he's been there before.
Last year, Allen stepped into the same position when coach John Torchetti moved up to the NHL's Florida Panthers. Allen guided the Rampage through the last 15 games and the playoffs of the inaugural season in San Antonio.
Seating Changes Improve SBC Center Experience
Fans of the San Antonio Spurs, Rampage, Silver Stars and live entertainment can now catch all the SBC Center action from more comfortable seats.
In response to patron concerns during the arena's first year in existence, over 14,000 seats were adjusted in September, providing for wider rows and nearly three inches of extra legroom.
Lend a Helping Yam
The San Antonio Spurs and UPS are encouraging fans attending the Spurs vs. Golden State Warriors game on Tuesday, November 18, the Spurs vs. Atlanta Hawks game on Friday, November 21, or the Rampage vs. Chicago Wolves game on Thursday, November 20, to take part in the 11th annual "Lend a Helping Yam" drive benefiting the 24th Annual Raul Jimenez Thanksgiving Dinner for senior citizens.
