Cleveland Barons News Release

CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Barons announced today a partnership with Fox Sports Radio 1350-AM. Michael T. Lehr, President of the Cleveland Barons, made the announcement.

The Cleveland Barons will air 40 games on Fox Sports Radio 1350-AM with the focus on the Barons road schedule. The team has selected a handful of special home game broadcasts. Listeners are guaranteed to hear all Cleveland Barons playoff games live on Fox Sports Radio.

In addition to the 40-game radio broadcast schedule, the entire 80-game schedule can be heard by Crashing the Net at www.clevelandbarons.net. This season, a new feature will be added as fans can access live scoring and up-to-date statistics for the entire AHL via www.pointstreak.com.

"Our goal is to give the fans the best possible coverage of our team throughout the regular season and most importantly, the playoffs," stated Lehr. "Fox Sports Radio's commitment to all sports programming and its reach in the region made it a strong partner. Our website, as an alternative to radio, gives fans an opportunity to listen to us everywhere."

The Barons open up the season at home on October 11th at 7:00pm. Group tickets for the game are now available by calling the Barons ticket staff at 216-420-0000. Season Tickets and several Partial Plan Ticket Packages are available as well. More information can be found by Crashing The Net at www.clevelandbarons.net.
