ROSTER UPDATE:
D Jay Langager (3-IR), RW Liam Huculak (7-IR) and LW Bobby Bolt (30-IR) all remain on the IR, though all three are eligible to be activated. C Brett Pilkington remains on the 30-IR and is eligible to be activated on March 8.
SERIES HISTORY:
The Condors face off against the Salmon Kings for the seventh time this season and the second time in as many days at the Mercy and Memorial Hospitals Home Ice at Rabobank Arena. Despite Victoria's shootout win yesterday and perfect record in the season series, Bakersfield has the advantage in the 36-game all-time series with a 17-13-6 record. The two teams will meet twice more this season, both at Rabobank Arena.
PROMOTIONAL NOTES:
Today's game concludes the 5th annual Condors Fighting Cancer Hockey-Thon, sponsored by KBAK-29, KUZZ 107.9 and Bakersfield Californian. Be sure to come to The Nest early for the Condors Alumni vs. West Coast All-Stars Alumni Game at noon. Doors open at 11:45 a.m. and your ticket for the Condors game also serves as admission to the Alumni Game.
Two of the game-worn Condors Alumni jerseys will be auctioned off live after the Alumni Game and two more during the first intermission of the Condors game. A silent auction will also take place on the concourse behind section 112 for the rest of the game-worn Condors Alumni sweaters. All proceeds raised by the auctions will benefit Links for Life.
All fans in attendance today will also receive a Condors Cheer Sign, and everyone is invited to take the ice immediately following the game for a Skate with the Condors, with limited skate rentals available for $5.
Get your photo taken with Condors Alumni! Mike Hofstrand and Quinn Fair will be in the Photo Booth during the first intermission and Paul Rosebush and Glen Mears will there during the second intermission! The Photo Booth is located on the concourse behind section 111.
TICKETS:
Individual game tickets are on sale and may be purchased through the Rabobank Arena Box Office, which is open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday with extended hours on game days. The Box Office will also open today at 10 a.m. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at 322-2525, online at Bakersfieldcondors.com, or at any Ticketmaster location. Season tickets, mini-plans and group outings are available at the Condors office located at 1001 Truxtun Avenue or by calling 324-PUCK (7825).
