PLAYOFF PICTURE:

The Condors currently trail the eighth-place Phoenix RoadRunners by five points and the seventh-place Thunder by six points in their pursuit of the National Conference playoffs. The Condors wrap up the season series with Stockton tonight, and conclude the season series with Phoenix on April 3.

Overall, Phoenix has nine games remaining with five on the road, and will play both Alaska and Las Vegas three more times. Stockton will play 11 more games this season, eight of which will be on the road, including trips to Idaho and Utah. The first playoff tie break in the ECHL is overall wins.

ROSTER UPDATE:

Bakersfield signed rookie F Dale Reinhardt from Holy Cross University yesterday. RW Chris Di Ubaldo was activated from the 7-IR, while D Joe Dustin was transferred from the 3-IR to the 7-IR today and is eligible to be activated. F Eric Sonnenberg was placed on the 3-IR and will be eligible to return on March 20. F Sean Venedam, D Scott Balan and C Mike Hofstrand are all on the 30-IR for the rest of the season after undergoing season-ending surgery.

SERIES HISTORY:

The Condors and Thunder are meeting for the ninth and final time this season. The Condors have gone 4-4-0 in the eight games against Stockton this year, and are 14-9-1 all-time against the Thunder. Bakersfield currently sits six points behind the seventh-place Thunder in the National Conference playoff race.

Come celebrate St. Hatricks Day with the Condors, presented by KUZZ 107.9. In addition to all the craziness of March Monday Madness, one lucky fan will win $5,000 if a Condors player scores a Hat Trick or $10,000 if a Condors player scores a consecutive or natural Hat Trick.

The first 2,000 fans tonight will also receive the third magnet, featuring Mark Derlago, of the five-piece March Monday Madness Magnet Collectors Series. A new magnet is handed out at each March Monday Madness game.
