Thursday evening will also feature raffles and door prizes. Each participant will also receive a gift bag filled with treats from local businesses and a special Hockey & Heels t-shirt.
Friday, March 19 will feature a social with food and drink specials in the Arena Club beginning at 5 p.m. and each participant will receive a ticket to that night's game versus the Rochester Americans.
"I designed Hockey & Heels to be more of an experience, as opposed to just something to do. When I found out that we didn't even have a ladies night, I wanted to not only change that, but also create a night that would be more than just a discounted ticket," explained B-Sens' New business development executive Nate Newborn and creator of Hockey & Heels.
"I have put together a unique experience that incorporates education on the sport of hockey with some of women's favorite things and of course a lot of fun! Every element of this two-day event can be appreciated by women of any age."
Participants who sign up before March 1 will be entered in a drawing to win dinner with B-Sens' forwards Tim Spencer and Jason Bailey. They will also have the chance to win one of five B-Sens pendants (three
gold, two silver) courtesy of Comfort & Sons Jewelers.
Tickets for the event are $30 and can be purchased by contacting Nate Newborn at 607-722-7367, in person at the B-Sens' executive offices, or by visiting the Fan Zone during B-Sens' home games.
