LAST GAME: The B-Mets fell, 1-0, against Akron Monday at Canal Park in the rubber match of the three game series. It was the fifth time Binghamton has been shutout this

season, as they matched a season-low with two hits in a game for the third time this season. Michael Fulmer earned his first loss as a B-Met this year, allowing an unearned run in seven innings, while striking out a season-high nine. It was the final meeting of the year between the B-Mets and RubberDucks.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Robert Gsellman is making his sixth start with the B-Mets and the first of his career against Erie. He has lost four of his first five starts with Binghamton, including his latest outing when he allowed two runs in six innings against Harrisburg. Gsellman has worked six or more innings in nine of his last 10 starts. He has earned a decision in each of his last seven outings (3-4) dating back to his time with St. Lucie. He has allowed nine runs in 11 innings on the road as a B-Met.

ERIE STARTER: RHP Derek Hankins is making his 10th start of the season and third against Binghamton. Hankins is 1-1 against the B-Mets, with a 3.95 ERA (6 ER in 13.2 IP). The win came at Jerry Uht Park, when he held the B-Mets to one run in six innings. Hankins is winless in his last four starts (0-2), allowing four runs in six innings for a loss against Akron in his most recent outing. He has a 5.88 ERA in five home starts. Righties are batting .333 against him.

I CANT GET NO: Robert Gsellman has pitched to a 2.88 ERA in his last four starts, but has gone 1-3 during that time. He's received just five total runs of offensive support during the four starts (1.8). The B-Mets have averaged to score 4.3 runs in all other games during that span (Since May 31st).

OFFENSIVE SLUMP: Binghamton has eight runs and 27 hits in their last 56 innings played (6+ games). The B-Mets are batting .158 during that time, including 3-for-31 (.097) with men in scoring position. Binghamton has one hit in their last 21 at-bats with men in scoring position. Binghamton has scored in one of their last 33 innings.

0-FOR's: Brandon Nimmo is hitless in his last four games (0-for-13) since a career-high 14 game hitting streak, in which he hit .383. Meanwhile, LJ Mazzilli is hitless in his last 13 at-bats (4+ games) and Josh Rodriguez has gone hitless in his last three games (0-for-8).

RBI DROUGHT: LJ Mazzilli has not driven in a run in 25 games. It's the longest drought of his career, surpassing a nine-game stretch from 2014. Mazzilli is 2-for-25 (.080) when batting with RISP this season.
