
Austin Spurs to Benefit Texas Humane Heroes with Hoops N Hounds Night at the H-E-B Center

AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Spurs, presented by SWBC, will host the Reno Bighorns during their annual Hoops N Hounds game, in partnership with Cedar Park Overhead Doors, on Friday, March 9 at 7:30 p.m. at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park. Fans are encouraged to bring their four-legged companions to the game benefitting Texas Humane Heroes.
There will be a designated dog-friendly section at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, as well as pet relief stations outside the arena to ensure that fans can enjoy the game with their pets. The Austin Spurs will also wear dog friendly themed jerseys for the game. The signed, game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off online during the game. Fans will have the opportunity to cast their bids through the end of the third quarter on March 9 with proceeds benefiting Texas Humane Heroes. Pet-focused nonprofit organizations will be on the concourse with dogs that will be available for adoption throughout the game.
Dog owners must bring proof of up-to-date shots, spaying or neutering, and sign a waiver prior to receiving tickets. There will be a limit of two dogs per person, and dog tickets are free with a human ticket purchase. Aggressive dogs and retractable leashes will not be allowed. Check-in for the dogs at the Hoops N Hounds game will be outside the main entrance. A vet will be onsite in case of any emergencies.
