
Austin Spurs Announce Salvation Army Sundays

AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Spurs, presented by SWBC, today announced that the team will host Salvation Army Sundays at each Sunday home game this season. Fans will have the opportunity to donate a new or gently used item of clothing in exchange for a ticket to the game that day.
"We are very thankful to be partnered with such a wonderful organization like the Austin Spurs," said Corey Leith, Director of Communications with The Salvation Army - Austin Metropolitan Area Command. "With the collaboration of Salvation Army Sundays, the Austin Spurs have joined the fight to help our neighbors experiencing homelessness, poverty and other crises in our community."
Salvation Army Sundays will occur for the following games:
- Sunday, Nov. 17 vs. Stockton Kings at 4 p.m.
- Sunday, Nov. 24 vs. Salt Lake City Stars at 4 p.m.
- Sunday, Jan. 5 vs. Rio Grande Valley Vipers at 4 p.m.
- Sunday, Feb. 9 vs. Santa Cruz Warriors at 4 p.m.
- Sunday, Feb. 23 vs. Texas Legends at 4 p.m.
- Sunday, March 8 vs. Oklahoma City Blue at 4 p.m.
The Austin Spurs will take on the Santa Cruz Warriors at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park on Friday, Nov. 15 at 7:30 p.m. Season and single game tickets are available now. Call (512) 236-8333 or visit austinspurs.com for more information.
