Waterloo, IA - The Waterloo Bucks, members of the Northwoods League, have announced a schedule change to their Tuesday, August 6 home game versus the Lakeshore Chinooks. With last night's Bucks/Chinooks game being suspended due to rain in the 10th inning with a 1-1 tie, the game will be resumed in Waterloo on August 6. Game time for the resumption of last evening's game will be 6:05 pm. At the completion of that contest, there will be a 30-minute break before the start of the regularly scheduled nine-inning game.
One ticket will allow fans to enjoy both contests. Below is a list of the modified promotional schedule for August 6:
As part of the night's "Progressive Wiener" promotion, there will be $0.50 wieners available for all fans from the completion of the first game, until the first pitch of game two. Wiener prices will increase $0.25 each inning.Fans who bring a new or gently used item to donate to Goodwill Industries will receive $1 admission as part of the night's "Pots & Pans" promotion. Fans are encouraged to bring their pots and pans to the game to use as noise makers.$2 admission coupons are available from Little Caesars and $2 tickets are available from waterloobucks.com as part of the evening's "$2 Tuesday" promotion.The "Great Clips Box Seat Challenge" will be in effect for game two - a box seat ticket gets a patron free food and drink from 15 minutes after the completion of game one until Lakeshore scores in game two (or the completion of the 7th inning, whichever comes first).The Budweiser Party Deck will begin service at 6:05 pm. Food service will end at the completion of the 3rd inning of game two, while beverage service will end at the completion of the 5th inning of game two.It will be "Copyworks College Night on the Party Deck," where fans who present a College ID at the ticket window will get into the game and onto the Party Deck for just $17.
The Bucks are currently on a four-game road trip, facing the Battle Creek Bombers tonight at 6:05 pm. Waterloo returns home on Friday to face the Willmar Stingers, as they will begin a two-game homestand. Group outings, single-game, and Playoff tickets are currently on sale.
