Attack Release 2012/2013 Schedule

The Owen Sound Attack will open their 2012/2013 Ontario Hockey League season on the road in Windsor on September 20th before coming back to Owen Sound on the 22nd for the home opener against Saginaw.

2012/2013 will start off somewhat light, with the Attack scheduled to play 14 games in the month of September and October combined. Despite the light early schedule, a tough test will be waiting around the corner for the Attack. The time period between November 2nd and December 2nd will see the Attack play a staggering 15 games, only 6 of which will be at home. During this time, the Attack will play three nights in a row on three occasions (plus one additional 3 games in 4 nights), plus two stretches where the Attack will play 6 games in 9 days. This stretch will also see the Attack play seven divisional games and eleven games against Western Conference opponents. The only other month of the schedule comparable to November for the Attack is the month of March where they will play 8 games in 16 days, including 7 games in the last 11 days against Western Conference rivals.

At home, the Attack will play on 19 Saturday's, 9 Wednesday's, 4 Friday's and 2 Sunday's.
