
Andrew Rowe Returns to Elmira

ELMIRA, N.Y. - January 25, 2013 - The Elmira Jackals announced today that forward Andrew Rowe has returned from his loan to the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League.
Rowe was called up to Norfolk on Saturday, January 12 and went on to dress in five games for the defending AHL champions. He potted an assist on January 12 in his Admirals debut on the road against the Binghamton Senators. Rowe went without a point in his final four games for Norfolk and wrapped up his stay with a +1 rating and four penalty minutes.
A third-year pro, Rowe re-joins the Jackals where he has 36 points (16G, 20A) in 36 games. The 6-2, 190-pound forward out of Michigan State is the second-highest scoring skater on the Jackals' active roster and is one of three, along with Dustin Gazley and Louie Caporusso, averaging at least a point per game. Rowe returns to the Jackals with the longest active assist streak (9 games, 10A) and second-longest active point streak (9 games, 4G, 10A) in the ECHL.
