The Americans will look to extend their two game win streak tonight as they return from Christmas break to take on the Winterhawks in Portland.
This is the fourth time the two teams have met this season. Tri-City has won two of their three prior games against the Winterhawks. They took a 5-4 shootout victory on opening night and 6-5 regulation victory in their most recent meeting in Kennewick. Parker Bell an Petr Moravec are the only players to have multiple goals in the series, each with two goals and two assists against the Winterhawks.

They picked up five total points over the weekend as they fell to Victoria in overtime and then snagged back-to-back wins over the Royals and Giants.
Vancouver opened scoring with the only goal in the first period, but Tri-City went on to score three in each the second and third periods to narrowly defeat the Giants 6-5.
