Spokane and Prince George both have 41 points sitting in the final two Western Conference playoff spots. The Americans are six points behind them sitting at 10th and desperately looking to get back in the win column after falling in their last five.
Sam Huo has been Tri-City's hottest player. Over the last 12 games he has totaled 11 goals and 7 assists.
The Americans fell 3-2 to the Vancouver Giants last night at the Toyota Center.

It was Huo's 8th two-goal game of his career and 6th this season. The 20-year-old has yet to record his first WHL hat trick. Tomas Suchanek played in net, turning aside 38 of 41 shots faced.
