
Americans Fall to Idaho 6-3

Allen Americans News Release
Boise, Idaho - The Allen Americans (15-10-1-0) dropped the first game of a back to back set against the Idaho Steelheads (11-14-4-0), 6-3 on Friday night at Century Link Arena.
Idaho erased a 3-2 Americans third period lead scoring four times in the final frame handing Allen their third straight loss. Tristan King had a goal and an assist in the loss for Allen. The Americans scored three power plays goals on Friday night, going three for six with the man-advantage.
"We didn't play a full sixty minutes, "said Americans defenseman Aaron Gens. This was a tough one to stomach."
The Americans outshot Idaho 36-26 for the game. The same two clubs will play Saturday night in Boise with an 8:10 pm puck drop. Allen returns home on Monday, December 21st against the Tulsa Oilers at 7:05 pm.
