Alexis Loiseau Recalled by Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Ca. - The Bakersfield Condors of the American Hockey League (AHL) have recalled forward Alexis Loiseau from ECHL affiliate, the Norfolk Admirals.

Loiseau, 21, receives the reassignment to Bakersfield a day after posting two goals in regulation as well as the game-winning shootout goal on Friday night in Norfolk's win over the Quad City Mallards. A 6-foot-1, 180-pound center, Loiseau has two goals and two assists in his first six professional games with the Admirals. The Havre-aux-Maisons, QC product spent four full seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with Rimouski, compiling 70 goals and 133 assists for 203 points in 259 games before turning pro. It will be his first opportunity to play in the AHL.

The Admirals defend home ice next Friday and Saturday against the Greenville Swamp Rabbits and Wheeling Nailers, respectively. Tickets are available for purchase at the Scope Box Office, online at ticketmaster.com, and charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000.
