The Devils struck twice late in the first period and held onto a 2-1 victory against the Admirals at the Times Union Center. Stephen Gionta tied the franchise record for career goals (52) when he redirected a Chad Wiseman shot at 17:08. Matt Taormina had the eventual game-winner moments later at 18:24. The Devils outshot the Admirals, 27-25, and goaltender Keith Kinkaid made 24 saves.

Jeff Frazee made 20 saves and Nathan Perkovich scored on the power-play, helping the Devils to a 1-0 victory against Syracuse at the Onondaga County War Memorial at Oncenter. Albany's defense limited Syracuse to five shots in the first, eight in the second and seven in the third. Perkovich's goal came on a redirect on a pass from Matt Anderson. Mike Sislo was credited with the second assist. Syracuse's Iiro Tarkki kept the score close throughout with 36 saves.

Sun., Nov. 13; Albany 3 vs. Toronto 4 (Overtime)
Playing in their final game of a three-in-three weekend, the Devils lost to Toronto, 4-3, in overtime at the Times Union Center. The Devils trailed twice in regulation and overcame the deficits with a shorthanded goal by Steve Bernier and a tally by Nathan Perkovich. Matt Anderson gave Albany a 3-2 lead late in the second, but Toronto's Marcel Mueller evened the score early in the third and Nazem Kadri netted the winner at 1:51 of overtime.

Notables
- The Devils haven't lost in regulation in seven-straight games, which is the second longest streak in franchise history behind the team's effort during the 2006-07 season. During that span, the Devils went 5-0-0-4 between Mar. 3-23.
- Albany is 7-1-1-1 in its last 10 games and has used steady defense to turnaround a 1-5-0-0 start. During the recent 10-game stretch, the Devils have posted a 1.96 goals-against average.
- By taking five out of a possible six points this weekend, the Devils moved into first place in the Northeast Division with an 8-6-1-1 record (18 pts.). Adirondack (8-4-0-1), Connecticut (7-4-1-2) and Bridgeport (8-6-1-0) are trailing with 17 points.
- Jeff Frazee recorded a shutout by making 20 saves in a 1-0 win at Syracuse Saturday. He owns the club record for career shutouts with eight, which is four more than Mike McKenna (2009-11) in second. Frazee is 3-1-1 in his last five contests with a 1.77 goals-against average and a .933 save percentage.
- After going scoreless during his first 12 games, Nathan Perkovich now has two goals in the last two games. He netted the game-winning goal at Syracuse Saturday and scored on a follow-up opportunity against Toronto Sunday. For his career, Perkovich has 53 points with 29 goals and 24 assists.
- Matt Anderson ended an eight-game goal drought with a tally against Toronto Sunday. He is second on the team with nine points and is tied for second with four goals.
- On Sunday, the Devils recalled forward Bryan Haczyk from Kalamazoo (ECHL).
