
Akron Aeros roster move

The Aeros made a roster move today, activating OF Trevor Crowe from the disabled list. Akron's roster now stands at the limit of 24 players.
Crowe missed 14 games with a strained left intercostal muscle, side-lining the league's hottest hitter. The native of Portland, OR was the EL Player of the Month for the month of June, hitting .400 with four homers and 24 RBI in 25 games. On the year the former first-round pick is hitting .325 with four homers and 26 RBI in 41 games. He also missed over a month at the start of the year with a strained back.
