
AHL Announces Suspension
Published on November 16, 2010 under American Hockey League (AHL) News Release
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that Providence Bruins defenseman Steven Kampferhas been suspended for one (1) game as a result of his actions in a game vs. Abbotsford on Nov. 12.
Kampfer was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline).
Kampfer will miss Providence's game on Friday (Nov. 19) vs. Bridgeport.
